About BookinglaneBookinglane is a premium ground transportation company serving corporate travelers, executives, and private clients across the US and internationally. The RoleAs a Client Success Specialist, you will manage client requests and reservations from the first inquiry to trip completion. You’ll work with clients and transportation partners to organize seamless travel experiences, from airport transfers to corporate roadshows and multi-day itineraries. What You’ll DoRespond to client inquiries, understand their needs, and recommend suitable transportation options. Prepare quotes, follow up with clients, and manage reservations. Plan itineraries, including airport transfers, corporate trips, roadshows, and events. Handle booking changes, cancellations, special requests, and last-minute issues. Coordinate with transportation partners to confirm availability, vehicles, chauffeurs, and pickup details. Work with executive assistants, travel managers, and travel agencies on corporate bookings. Monitor upcoming trips and resolve issues before or during service. Keep client and booking details up to date in the CRM and follow every request through to completion. What We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in client service, reservations, travel coordination, or hospitality. Fluent English (C1+) and strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional approach to working with corporate clients and high-profile individuals. Proactive attitude and ability to solve problems under pressure. Experience in luxury transportation, corporate travel, or vendor coordination is a plus. What We Offer:Full-time, remote contract position. Opportunity to work on an international product 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time. Occasional extended hours and weekends may be required.
